Cura (Latin) – Care, Healing
Curabotics combines care with robotics to enhance healthcare efficiency, support medical professionals, and improve patient outcomes.

Inspired by Nurses
Co-founders Kate McAfoose and Matthew Chang grew up watching their mothers, both nurses, navigate long shifts and heavy workloads in an overburdened system. That experience shaped everything Curabotics builds. Our mission is simple: give healthcare workers their time back so they can focus on what matters most, caring for people.

Inspired by Nurses
Curabotics was born from a deep understanding of the challenges nurses face every day.
Co-founders Kate McAfoose and Matthew Chang grew up watching their mothers, both nurses, endure long shifts, heavy workloads, and the strain of an overburdened healthcare system. Seeing firsthand the toll it took on them, they set out to create innovative robotic solutions that lighten the load for frontline healthcare workers. Curabotics is their way of giving back—using automation to support those who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
